All Mo Dynasty Signature Units are handcrafted, styled, and professionally packaged before shipping.


Processing Time: 5–9 Business Days


This timeframe includes:

  • Receiving hair from our partnered vendor
  • Full quality inspection
  • Customization (styling, lace prep, tinting, plucking)
  • Luxury packaging assembly
  • Final quality approval before shipmentProcessing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Luxury takes time and your order is handled with care from start to finish.

  • Every order is delivered to Mo Dynasty first

  • Verify texture & length
  •  Customize & style
  • Repackage in luxury branding
  • Approve quality


We do not ship factory direct. Every unit is personally handled and approved before you receive it.

  • Mo Dynasty Hair → Customer
  • Once your unit is perfected, it ships via USPS Priority Mail.
  • You will receive a tracking number automatically by email.

  • Processing update
  • Shipping email with USPS tracking
  •  Delivery confirmation

WRONG ADDRESS / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Mo Dynasty Hair takes customer experience seriously and will assist you through any delivery issues. If the wrong address was entered at checkout.We can correct the address before the order ships.

  • Email us immediately at (your email) with:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Correct address


Once a package has shipped, we cannot intercept or reroute it BUT we will assist you with:

  • USPS Address Correction Inquiry
  • USPS Package Intercept (if eligible)
  •  Tracking support until resolved


If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • This is considered an mis-delivered or lost package.
    Mo Dynasty Hair is not responsible for packages after USPS marks them as delivered  however, we will help you initiate a recovery .We will assist with:
  • USPS Missing Mail Search
  • USPS Lost Package Claim
  • Carrier Delivery Investigation

Most packages are recovered within 24–72 hours after a USPS investigation starts.

 

To prevent delivery issues:

•Use a safe, secure mailing address

•Include apartment or unit numbers


Add Signature Confirmation

    If USPS cannot recover your packageWe offer the following options:
  •  Discounted reorder
  • Store credit (case-by-case)
  • Assistance with USPS reimbursement claim


Refunds are not issued for packages marked “Delivered.” 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Processing time + shipping time = total delivery time
  • Holiday seasons and restocks may require the full 5–9 days
